Regular training is organized to keep the workforce prepared to respond to Occupational Hazards and Fire Safety. Water hose, auto water pump, emergency lamp, PA system, fire alarm siren, fire exit and staircase are installed and maintained properly.
The workforce is the backbone of RS Composite. For their key contribution behind its success, they are given prime priority here. They receive free Healthcare and medicines. Keeping their children at the childcare service that RS provides, the workers can work ceaselessly.
They are provided pure drinking water. Proper industrial ventilation creates a healthy atmosphere for the workers. It strictly follows the local labor laws along with those set by ILO. At lunch and tea breaks, workers enjoy an entire floor dedicated for their comfort. Hand-washing station with auto-shower is dedicated for them. Workers are free to walk in the garden during breaks.
Their rights and responsibilities are established at the factory with Workers’ Participation Committee that develops awareness among the employees.
